Adopting a child from overseas

If you are a U.S. or dual nationality family living in the United States, and wish to adopt internationally, I can assist you.

Depending on your circumstances, I can assist you in adopting a child from Ethiopia. There are no legal fees to retain my services.

There are 3 parts of an international adoption which I will guide you through:
  1. Obtaining pre-approval from U.S. CIS (immigration). This process will result in a visa necessary to bring your child home.
  2. A homestudy which is really a family study which must be done by a social worker and is needed for both immigration and your country of adoption.
  3. A "dossier" which is the paperwork required by your country of adoption.

I work very closely with my families, having daily contact by phone or email while they are going through the process. I can assist you during every step of the process. From first understanding each country's unique process to meeting your child for the first time, I will be there for you. I also have a large network of professional relationships to draw from if the need arises.

Please read this story of a recent adoption I assisted in, from the new parents perspective.
