Total Agency and Program Fees paid through CHI: $15,300| The fees are broken down as follows: | |

Note: All fees non-refundable. The Agency and Application fees are transferable to another CHI program in the event a suitable referral cannot
be located in Ethiopia or due to country-specific problems but not limited to such issues as program closings, war,
adverse changes to their laws, etc.
** CHI's Home Study approval does not guarantee that Ethiopia will approve the home study or the family to adopt.
*** Ethiopia Program Fee includes fees for our staff and office in Ethiopia, program development, humanitarian aid, additional medical testing, photos, videos, clothing, toys, equipment, transportation, faxes, FedEx, international calls, etc.

- Child's Visa/Medical - approx. $405
- Post placements - varies
- Ethiopia Visas - $65 per person
- Child's one-way airfare - approx. $800
- Document retrieval - varies
- Parents' airfare - approx. $1,800 each
